Booth Space Rental

Rental Fees (10 x 10 booth)

AFS “Member” Firm*: $1,400.00 per booth AFS Nonmember Firm: $1,550.00 per booth * To qualify for member rate, the exhibiting company must hold a sustaining, official, or associate membership with AFS. Booth Rental Includes
  • One 10 x 10 space
  • Two full conference registrations (additional personnel must purchase full registration)
  • Eight-foot (8’) back drape and three-foot (3’) side drapes
  • One six-foot (6’) draped table
  • One wastebasket
  • Two chairs

Available Services

Viper Expositions is the official exhibitor service contractor for the 2011 AFS Trade Show and Exhibition. A complete service kit containing information on booth furnishings, carpet, utilities, and freight will be sent at a later date.[/column] [column width="47%" padding="0"]
